Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping methods and charges

Economy shipping is $6.90 USD for orders below the free-shipping threshold. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $94 USD or more, before taxes and after discounts where applicable.

Processing

Orders are generally processed within up to 7 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After an order ships, delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Tracking

When a shipping label is created, we will email tracking information to the address on the order. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving a tracking number for the carrier status to update.

Address accuracy and delays

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, carrier delays, severe weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Business days

Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
