Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Because this is a personal-care product, opened or used eye serum cannot be returned unless the item is defective or the return is required by applicable law.

How to request a return

Email nathanjackson2978@outlook.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and a description of the request. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us promptly; we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used personal-care products, gift cards, and sale items are not returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
